This agreement is NOT a standard residential lease. The guest(s) are only allowed to occupy the unit from the arrival date above to the departure date above and are essentially a vacation rental. The guest(s) will be required to depart early if they, at any time during the period, fail to abide by the terms agreed to below. If any of the following terms are broken, the guest(s) CONSPICUOUSLY AGREE TO DEPART BY 10:00 A.M. ON THE MORNING FOLLOWING NOTIFICATION THAT THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN BROKEN. In any case, early departure, of any unused rent will become additional security deposit AS WELL as any damages or fines that apply:

COMPANY AGREES THAT:

1. This rental DOES NOT INCLUDE phone service

2. An inventory check-list will be done before arrival and after departure to establish any change in the condition of the unit and its contents for a fair security deposit refund evaluation.

GUEST(S) AGREE THAT:

1. They have read and understand and will abide by the rules and regulations of the general information and reservation information documents and have initialed.

2. They will each have an individed responsibility for the rent.

3. They will pay all rents subsequent to arrival.

4. They accept the unit "as is".

5. Guests paying by credit card authorize New Frontier Property Management to place room charges on credit card. Guests also accept that credit card will be used for security deposit.

6. THEY FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE ABOVE.
